-Note: The operator plans to change this store into a restaurant. Submit floor plans and a business plan with the application package for approval prior to starting the renovations. Business card provided during the inspection. Discussed health approval requirements with the owner. The Patriot stand up cooler had an ambient temperature of 7 C and was adjusted during the inspection. Ensure that it reaches a temperature of 1-4 C today. The ice cream freezer and stand up pizza freezer were < -18 C. Food is stored in pest proof containers. The walk in cooler and Hussman cooler was not working at the time of the inspection and had no PHF's stored inside. Hot chocolate and slurpee machine not in use. No foods are being repackaged here.
