Observation: Bottle of water has been insert in ice in a kitchen ice maker.
Few insert containers with food items were double stack in a prep. cooler.

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove water from the ice maker. (Corrected at the time of inspection).
Do not double stack food in prep coolers if bottom one is not covered.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Food debris and grease observed around/behind equipment on the floor and on equipment, on/under storage shelves (dry goods), under sinks, and dishwasher (hard to reach areas).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize floor, shelves, and equipment.

Comments

Kitchen:
- General sanitation is acceptable but need to be improved (see violation sections).
- Kitchen handsink supplied with liquid hand soap,single use paper towels, hot/cold running water.
All cold units meet requirements:
- Thermometers for cold units - available.
- Prep cooler across cooking line at 3.5 deg C.
- Counter top cooler at 3.6 deg C.
- Upright cooler at 3.4 deg C.
- Walk in cooler: 4 deg C.
- Walk in freezer: -19.9 deg C.
- Glass door cooler: 3.6 deg C.
- Low temperature dishwasher at 50ppm.
-Ice-maker - satisfactory.

Bar:
- Sanitation - satisfactory.
- Hand sink supplied with liquid hand soap, hot/cold running water.
- All coolers <=4.0 deg C.

Recommendation:
- Kitchen light fixtures must be covered (above the dishwasher).
- Organize dry storage.

Note: A screen door has been installed at a back kitchen door.
