Routine Inspection: - Hot/ cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - 3 compartment sink available, operator stated that they use chlorine bleach as a sanitizer; dishwashing signage available - 200ppm chlorine bleach available in spray bottles for food contact surfaces - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower - Walk in freezer was -18C or lower - Display cooler with coleslaw was 4C or lower; coleslaw was labeled and dated - Chicken hot holding was 60C or higher - Ventilation hoods scheduled to be cleaned on May 23, 2023 - No evidence of pest activity during inspection - Operator cleaned grease trap today - April 24, 2023 - and provided invoice.
