Snap cooler at 1 degree C (lowest ambient temperature)
Probe thermometers and temperature logs on site
Personal hygiene controls in place (hair and beard nets, lab coats, non-latex gloves)
Hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
Discussed daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures--no concerns at time of inspection
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) available at 200 ppm from dispenser at three compartment sink. Sink supplied with hot and cold running water.
Low temperature dishwasher measured at 46 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual (required: minimum 50 ppm chlorine).
No concerns with general sanitation at time of inspection
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
