Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash sink for main preparation area blocked off with equipment and basin full of empty bottles
Washroom has no dispenser for the paper towel roll (that stays on) and bar soap present
Corrective Action(s): Designated handsinks must be clear for use to ease it's use
Replace the dispenser in washroom for the paper towel rolls, remove the bar soap -only use single-dispensing soap

Observation: plastic type material sheets used to press down the cabbage in the vats
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue use of these sheets they are not food-grade. The use of the large hard plastic cutting boards are okay for this purpose

Observation: Some organization, cleaning needed in the falling areas:
-vegetable Walk-in cooler -a bucket of garlic cloves had fallen on the ground, -many small bags, ingredients disorganized in shelves there
-around the 3-compartment sink -disorganized equipment below
-main warehousing area needs organizing -equipment, goods
Corrective Action(s): clean, organize and sanitize surfaces

Spray bottle for bleach >100ppm chlorine residual -used with paper towels -okay
Integral Pest Control comes in on a monthly basis -March report reviewed and noted some pest activity -operator to continue their services and email me the last work report for June
