Observation: Potato chipper found to be stored with large amounts of food debris stored in crevices. Item was not washed previous day and left dirty overnight.
Rodent droppings found on lower shelves in food preparation area

Correction: Ensure potato chipper is cleaned and sanitized daily. Item should not be stored in dirty condition overnight.
Rodent droppings are to be removed and area cleaned and sanitized immediately. All pans and utensils are to be pulled from lower shelves and run through dishwasher prior to placing back on shelves.
Clean shelves in bar affected by rodent droppings.
Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent.
