General observations noted during inspection. 1. Temperature -Cooler maintained at a satisfactory temperature. -Cut lemons stored on ice. 2. Sanitation -Glasswasher measured to have 12.5ppm iodine. -Soda gun observed to be in sanitary condition. -Ice box in sanitary condition with scoop stored in designated container. -Lactic acid sanitizer measured to have the adequate concentration. -Handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. 3.
