-Ensure that a working thermometer is installed in the pizza hot holding case at the front. The thermometer built into the hot holding unit is not working properly.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach available.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
