Premise is sanitary. No pest was observed at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Food protected and packaging containers are protected from contamination. 2 compartment sink in use. 100 to 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in use. Coolers milk 4.0C, top berries -18C, white cooler -1C baked goods, 2 basement coolers at 4C ambient, contents at 6C milk. -Ensure this unit and contents reach below 4C in 4 hours or less. Washroom available with fully stocked hand sink after correction. Covid safety plan in use and available for review. Operator inquired about moving existing coffee business/permit to this location.
