Corrective Action: Bottle of sanitizer was replaced at time of inspection and measured at 200ppm. Quat sanitizer must measure at 200 ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces and prevent pathogen growth. Do not refill sanitizer bottles with water as this is not a sanitizer.
