Corrective Action(s): - Reorganize storage. Ensure that onions and dry ingredients are stored at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground.
- Cover containers of thawing food in walk-in cooler.

- Grease and food debris accumulation behind and under kitchen coolers and freezer.
- Grime and waste liquid accumulation around kitchen grease trap and hallway grease trap.
- All other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean the above noted areas and all other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
- Ventilation hood filters and exhaust canopy cleaning service was due in December 2023 (per service sticker). Schedule cleaning service for ventilation hood filters and exhaust canopy.
