Routine Inspection -Hand washing sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. -Coolers were at 4 C or below. -Walk-in freezer at -14 C. -High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse cycle. -Quats surface sanitizer in bottles and at the 3 compartment sink registered at 200 ppm quats. -Temperature records maintained. -Meal replacement products are within their expiry dates. -Food is stored off the floor.
