- New prep cooler obtained to replace old large prep cooler
- Ambient temperatures at 2.3C

*Continue to maintain temperature logs for all coolers and freezers. Indicate clearly each individual cooler/freezer unit and the exact temperature measurement. Record twice per day. Keep temperature logs onsite for review.
