No potentially hazardous foods will be stored in this cooler. *Prep cooler measured at 7.5C. Adjust cooler to ensure it can maintain 4C or colder Operator has submitted the following to Fraser Health -Health Inspection Form -Menu -Floor plans -FoodSafe certificate *Operator is using existing Food Safety Plan and sanitation plan from previous owner.
