Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back area designated hand sink lacked liquid hand soap at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Liquid soap container placed near hand sink in the interim until a liquid soap pump is obtained. Ensure that at all times, hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Ensure that chemicals such as cleaners and sanitizers are stored away from utensils and food to protect from potential chemical contamination. Ensure that chemicals are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental misuse, and potential contamination of food / food contact surfaces.
Recommendation: Obtain water-resitant labels or cover labels with water-resistant tape to limit fading over time.
