- General sanitization and organization of store front is good.
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing - third compartment sanitizer measured 200ppm QUAT
- Temperature log is maintained.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE

- Food debris noted under shelving/table/prep area in the back prep area, in walk-in coolers, and in dry storage area. Please clean to avoid attraction of pests.
