-Follow-up inspection to issuance of Public Health Act Closure Order in the morning of March 28, 2019.
-New high temperature dishwasher has been installed (installation began this morning at 1030am and all equipment and utensil from the previous night were already washed and sanitized) and high temperature was found to have a final rinse temperature of 72C, 73C, and 77C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Flooring area by the dishwasher has been cleaned and sanitized.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order have been met. Public Health Act Closure Order is rescinded and facility may reopen for public service.
-Facility will now be cooling hot potentially hazardous foods at room temperature for 2 hours, then moving the items into the freezer for quick cooling for about 2 hours before relocating to the walk-in cooler.
-Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Ensure Health Permit is posted in a visible location.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
