Lunch was being served at time of inspection. - Hand washing sink accessible/unobstructed and properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. - Bleach sanitizing solution for food-contact surfaces available at 100 ppm (chlorine residual). - High-temperature dishwasher reached 86.5C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle.
