Comments

-Inspection conducted to grant health approval for owner change at hookah lounge.
-Premises is permitted to sell prepackaged nonperishable foods and tea only. There is to be no handling, preparation, processing or dispensing of foods other than tea. There is also no perishable/potentially hazardous foods permitted.
-Hand wash stations in tea preparation area, washroom and beside dish washer all had soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. *Obtain holder/dispenser for paper towel beside dishwasher*
-Bleach available on site - mix 2 ml to 5 ml bleach in 1 Liter of water to make 100 ppm chlorine sanitize solution (for tea preparation area).
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 deg. C (as per thermolabel).
-Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest infestation
-Single use disposable mouth pieces available for hookah
-Completed health application approval form rec'd at time of inspection
-Do not make any structural or operational changes without obtaining health approval. This includes adding/changing food/menu items or installing/uninstalling sinks, dishwasher...etc.
-Cooler unit with non perishable beverages (ie. pop, water...etc) 4 deg. C
-Operator has indicated he is taking over as same type of previous business - no changes to operation or layout of premises.
