Observation: Perimeter around where ice is dispensed contains a large amount of settled grime and mildew.
Correction: Empty out the ice machine, clean-in-place and sanitize with a 200 ppm bleach solution or according to manufacturer's directions. Wait for bleach to air-dry prior to refilling machine.

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 31, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B37VRK).

- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. Small traces of mildew remained - operator emptied ice machine at time of inspection and cleaned / sanitized the areas noted
- No other concerns at this time. Thank you for your co-operation
