A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to routine inspection number EGAU-BHMSNN. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

The information contained in the report was discussed with the manager and the report was written off-site. Licensing advised that a copy of the report will be emailed to the facility. Licensing provided a resource package containing information around COVID-19 prevention.
