Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One vegetable peeler and one parmesan grater stored in clean storage had an accumulation of old food debris present in blades.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaned during inspection. Ensure all dishware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after use.

*General sanitation excellent throughout kitchen and storage areas. No pest issues observed during inspection.
*All food wrapped and/or packaged to protect against contamination, and stored off the floor. Bulk foods generally stored in sealed boxes.
*Hand sink equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm.
*High-temperature dishwasher provided a sanitizing rinse of >71 C at the plate level.
*Walk-in cooler at 1 - 2 degrees C.
*Walk-in freezer at -19 degrees C.
*No hot holding occurring during inspection.
*Organization of raw and ready-to-eat foods satisfactory.
*Staff/residents' personal food is stored separately from food for general service.
*Note: water filters are in place at utility sink. Ensure filters are replaced as recommended by manufacturer. Site is on well water.
*Temperature checks are made and recorded on a logsheet (for both cooking and cooler/freezer temperatures). Probe thermometer available on site.
*Tools and utensils generally stored in clean condition.
*Nutritional supplements checked were within expiry dates.
