Routine Inspection:

- Hand wash stations have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk-in freezer was -18C or lower
- Ice machine was in good condition
- Calamri kept on ice, temperature maintained at 4C
- 200ppm Quats available in bucket *Ensure to routinely change the sanitizing solution every 2 hours or once solution gets dirty/cloudy*
- 3 compartment sink - 200ppm quats available for sanitizing purposes
- Hot holding units for rice and potatoes were 60C or greater
- Preparation table was 4C or lower - *Ensure to close lid on the inserts when not in use*
- Donair machine was not in use during inspection - staff members had adequate knowledge about a secondary cook step
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
