* No food processing done on site. Only packaging and dispensing. Commissary kitchen is located in Richmond and inspected by Vancouver Coastal Health.

- General sanitation good.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for dishwashing. Ensure to follow the proper two compartment dishwashing method, including the sanitizing step using an approved sanitizer (ie 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration).
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Dilution is 1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre of water.
- Dry storage area has adequate space.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- Display cooler = 4C
- Front upright cooler = 3C
- Front display small cooler = 2C.
- Daily temperature log kept up to date.
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
