- Single compartment wash sink near dishwasher is replaced with two compartment sink. Copy of updated floor plans is received
- Copy of Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan is received
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual. Sanitizer bucket in back area is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual

NOTE: Extra freezer storage is to be added. Contact area Environmental Health Officer once you install it.

Health Approval is now granted for ventless deep fryer. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
