At time of inspection, production had finished for the day and cleaning was almost finished. - Cooler was measured to be at 4C, equipped with accurate thermometer - Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing - Temperature records well maintained - Pest control is in place, services provided every 2 months - Food storage practices good, all food stored off the floor - General sanitation satisfactory - Manager is FoodSafe certified
