Observation: Observed some flies in the dishwashing area. There are fly traps in place, but it appears that it is not alleviating the situation. The operator noted that they are planning on installing a UV fly attractant soon.
Corrective Action(s): Communicate with the pest control to manage the fly infestaion. Date to be corrected by: immediately

Observation: Low temp dishwasher did not achieve 50ppm chlorine at sanitizing cycle. The operator called for repair at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the dishwasher achieves at least 50ppm chlorine at sanitizing cycle before use. Meanwhile, implement manual dishwashing. Date to be corrected by: immediately

- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in the kitchen and in the bar
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizers present at multiple locations
- Coolers were <4C, freezers were <-18C
- Large equipment (meat slicer) was washed & sanitized properly
- Glasswasher achieved 100ppm chlorine at sanitizing cycle
- Ensure that ice wells are washed & sanitized with proper sanitizer (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm QUAT) before use
- Shelves in the bar shall be cleaned
- General sanitation was satisfactory
