Observation: Dry storage room was assessed at the time of inspection and mouse droppings were spotted under the shelving.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the area and disinfect it with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Frequent cleaning is required underneath the shelving area. It is advised to store products away from wall to provide enough space/area for cleaning and to prevent the build-up of debris.

Follow-up inspection was conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-C6DVJH).

Observations made:
- Glass dishwasher in the bar area was able to dispense iodine solution. The concentration of iodine noted at 12.5ppm.
- Facility maintains daily sanitizer logs and has test strips available on site.
- Dry storage area was assessed. See violation above.
- Re-organize the back area of storage room.
