Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Moulds for ice cream bars are only rinsed then soaked in sanitizer
2. Glass milk jugs are being reused for water jugs
3. Reused food laident wiping towels AGAIN left on counters after use -used with sanitizer spray bottles
Corrective Action(s): 1. Adequate Manual Washing involves:
Step 1: soap and water
Step 2: thorough rinsing
Step 3: sanitize with your QUAT solution

2. The small spout for the glass jugs means it will not be adequately cleaned in the dishwasher -operator will need to use an adequate dish brush before it can be used -use the pitchers instead in the meantime

3. Leave the reused towels in sanitizer buckets after rinsing
