Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: 1) No detachable level of chlorine measured in low-temperature dishwasher. Observed chlorine line sucking up chlorine out of a chlorine bucket, but measured 0ppm even after priming.
2) No detectable chlorine measured in a chlorine spray bottle used for prep. tables in the back kitchen area.
3) Observed food contact surfaces being sanitized using diluted 99% isopropyl alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol) Isopropyl alcohol is not food grade sanitizers and may toxid effects when ingested.
Corrective Action: 1) Get the dishwasher fixed in a manner that pumps out minimum of 50ppm chlorine at plate surface.

In the meantime, use 3 compartment sink to wash dishes, using the manual wash-rinse-sanitize method.
2) Re-wash the dishwares that has been washed using the dishwasher
3) Ensure that all chlorine solutions used for food contact surfaces are 100ppm
4) Stop using isopropyl for food contact surfaces. Instead, use bleach solutions to sanitize food contact surfaces
