Ice cream scoops are being stored in water that is not running. Gelato machine has been used and not cleaned and sanitized following use. Corrective Action(s): Use cold, running water to store ice cream scoops. Gelato machine is being cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized now. Always clean and sanitize this machine after every use and do not leave it without cleaning for more than 2 hours. Violation Score: 15
