- General sanitation - good at the time of inspection. - Handwash stations in kitchen supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers. - Cooler at 1 deg C. - Freezer at - 18 deg .6C. - Food storage well organized. - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 76.3 deg C during final rinse at the dish level. - Surface sanitizer is available in labelled spray bottle and it is at 100ppm (Bleach). - No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection.
