Observation: Band saw (meats) and meat grinder being used in meat storage walk-in cooler. This cooler does not have a handsink and is only permitted for use as a storage area, not a processing area.
Corrective Action(s): discontinue the use of the band saw and meat grinder in the meat storage walk-in cooler. provide district inspector with a proposal regarding where the machines will be used in the future. this proposal must be approved prior to use of machines.

=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection, besides violation noted above
note: recommend putting in a drying rack for tools cleaned in the meat processing area as there is limited space for air drying dishware
