Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The plastic container with greens in the walk-in cooler missing 1/2 of side (badly damaged); and lid is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Replace the damaged container and lid for greens. Discard the broken items.

Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations (front/back) are stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Note: The handwashing sink that located front of the office supplied with liquid soap but paper towel is missing (a metal standup holder is empty/which under the sink) - napkins available near that sink.
It is better to have a paper towel in the holder.
Walk-in cooler - satisfactory (bit high/just ensure it =< 4.0 C).
Note: Temperature log for cold units must be kept up to date and on site for review.
Freezers at -18C.
Two compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Chorine sanitizer available at 100 ppm.
Note: Dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection (the premise just open).
Surface sanitizers available in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is satisfactory.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
