Comments

Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in very good sanitary condition. Facility continues to only serve soft drinks and coffee stored in beverage cooler. The following observations were made:

- Bleach spray bottle available at 200 ppm chlorine residual
- Sanitizing compartment of 3-compartment sink contains 200 ppm chlorine residual
- Handwash station at front and back-of-house stocked with hot/cold running water and liquid soap. No single-use paper towels available at time of inspection (see violation code above)
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored above ice machine
- Coffee cups are in sanitary condition, stored on shelving behind front counter
- No signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Permit posted and up-to-date
- Operator has FoodSafe 1 (Expiry: May 2022)

NOTE: Beverage cooler at 15C at time of inspection. Although it is only used to store non-potentially hazardous foods such as pop and non-specialty coffee, you may wish to have it serviced so that it maintains 4C or less
