Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Iodine sanitizer not detected in glass washer. Insufficient sanitizer does not kill bacteria on glass, leading to person to person transmission of pathogens. Please have qualified person repair machine and contact me for follow-up.
*Note* Glasses are permitted to be run through washer for the purpose of cleaning + rinsing. Seperate sanitize step is to follow (submerge in 200ppm bleach solution, ~1 Tbsp per gallon). Date to be Corrected By: Fri. Aug 4)
