Comments

Dishwasher and glasswasher stations both cleaner and better organized. Slimy biomat substantially reduced under and around stainless steel panels at dishwsher. Stainless steel panels not yet sealed. Continue work in this area. Front bar area is cleaner and better maintained. Make sure to continue cleaning stainless steel counters and shelves, and limit glass storage on counter where transport tubes dead end as discussed. Beverage syrup station has been cleaned. Leakage continues. Plywood support structure not an appropriate long-term surface for this area. **Replace with stainless steel pan or interceptor that can contain leakage and be easily cleaned. Make sure staff locker area is better maintained. Keep clothing off floor. Make sure Pest Control maintains active trapping in this area.
