- Liquid soap + paper towel present for handwashing
- Coolers were operating at 4 degrees C or colder
- Freezers were -15 degrees C to -22 degrees C
- No signs of pest noted.
-Temperatures of cookers, freezers checked throughout the day.
- Procedures in place for stock rotation.
