- Three compartment sink is available
- Food containers are covered with lids
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available at three compartment sink. Ensure sanitizer is used per manufacturer's instructions.
Production Room 2
- Live crabs are stored here. Storage tanks appear to be maintained. Import and export only
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Processing room temperature at < or = 10C
- Two compartment sink available
General
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Premise is well lit
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Orkin provides pest control services monthly. Reports available for review.
Note:
- Remove equipment that will no longer be used from the premise to reduce clutter and allow for easier cleaning. |
