-Follow-up inspection to October 23, 2017.
-Sushi display cooler has been serviced. Gas was added to the cooler unit and unit was also cleaned. Foods were probed at 4C.
-Upright cooler unit (glass door) in the sushi area was cleaned and was at 4C.
-Half a package of prawns was stored on a block of ice at the time of inspection (tail end of lunch service). Prawns were at 7C - potentially hazardous foods can be stored out for a maximum of 2 hours, after which the items must be discarded or used up. During slow times, prawns must be stored in a cooler unit at 4C or less.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure staff adhere to proper hand hygiene at all times.
-Did not observe any foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection,
-Raw foods were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
