Note: Small amount of food on site.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged spices, canned food items) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. Many food items pass the expiration date (no potentially hazardous food).
All expired food must be removed from display shelves and accommodated on a different shelf and properly indicate why.
Some frozen food items are not labeled. (all food must be properly labeled.)
Frozen chicken has been stored in vegetables card board boxes in the walk-in cooler. (An invoice is required.)
