Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wall mounted vegetable slicer in main food prep area was osberved with food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Staff thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the wall mounted vegetable slicer. No food debris noted on the slicer.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in the back food prep area was not supplied with paper towel in paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Staff placed a paper towel roll near the handwashing station. Staff stated that they do not have a key for the dispenser.
