Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Quats Sanitizer dispenser tested 0ppm at the time of inspection.
- Quats bottle was empty.
- Staff changed the empty bottle with a full one from stock. Tested 200ppm Quats at dispenser.

Comments

Routine inspection with the presence of 2 staff. Quat Sanitizer bottle was empty during inspection please see violation.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand sink and staff washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Upright freezer -17.8C. Food inside solid frozen.
- Upright cooler temperature 2.8C
- Quats spray bottle available for sanitizing food contact surface.
- All the ingredients like sugar, gluten and flex in containers/ carts with proper cover.
- Flour bags off floor and no spill.
- 3-compartment sink was ready for washing and sanitizing dishware and equipment. The pull-down shower head of the 3-compartment sink was in a sanitary condition.Equipment air dry on the shelf.
- Chemicals separate from foods.
- No pest activity observed during inspection.
- Mop sink well maintained and no small flies observed.

Attention: (1) the cutting board has deep gashes and not easy to clean and sanitize, please replace it.
(2) please regularly check the sanitizer supply and use test strip to test Quats concentration.
