Follow-up inspection to report #PKUR-CEZTA2. High temperature registering at least 71 C/160 F on plate surface during final rinse cycle. Temperature should be verified daily (water must reach 71 C/160 F on plate surface or gauge must read 82 C/180 F for 10 seconds during final rinse cycle). Reminder: surface sanitizer bottles must be at 200 ppm quats at all times as per manufacturer's recommendations. Dispenser solution was tested and it registered at 200 ppm for qauts. Concentration should be verified daily.
