Large ice machine from previous inspection is not intended for use at this location. Operator indicated there are no intentions to alter kitchen equipment layout.

Manager demonstrated 3 step manual dishwashing process. Ensure all staff are trained to perform the dishwashing process as reviewed.

Wall behind front ice bin has been repaired temporarily with tape. A work order is in place for the installation of metal flashing at this location.

Premise cleaning has been conducted. Ensure daily cleaning is conducted throughout premise to maintain sanitation and discourage pest activity.

Note: Discussed ceiling / upper wall conditions above left side of front service area. Grease vapors from adjacent business are creating grease build-up on surfaces above front service area and pose
a potential food contamination risk.
