Observation: Observed rat droppings in the dry storage area and kitchen near large red pipe. Rat droppings indicate pest issues (harbouring, breeding of pests). Rats can transmit diseases and physically contaminate food. Also observed flies.
Thoroughly clean up rat droppings and maintain good sanitation to prevent pest issues. Maintain cleaning schedule to clean floors/walls. Also, better organization in the dry storage area is required to prevent harboring and breeding of pests

Observation: Observed dirt/grease build up on shelving rack in kitchen. Also observed grease build up on the exterior of spice containers. Thoroughly clean these areas to prevent any further pest issues

Observation: Observed floors in the kitchen by the dishwasher is cracked. Observed gaps in between floros that need to be properly sealed in the dry storage room and kitchen. The walls and floors in the dry storage area do not meet the standards required to properly clean and maintain good sanitation. These conditions may lead to future pest issues.
Required to fix or replace floors to meet health standards of level, durable, smooth surfaces, no porous, propery sealed in the following areas: dry storage room, main kitchen. Please fulfill these requirements for the main kitchen by March 2017; for the dry storage room by March 2010
