Routine inspection conducted. The kitchen is in use for a minimal food handling. Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers (plugged ones) are measured at -18C or less. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 75C at the plate level. Staff with valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate is in charge during operation. General storage practice is adequate. General sanitation is adequate. Observed a small opening in the floor near the dishwasher where ants were entering. Please have the crack sealed prior to next operation.
