Dishwasher leak serviced. Final rinse temperature observed to be 75 degrees C at the plate surface.
Sneeze guard in place for the salad serving section in the front area.
Paper towel holder in place at the staff washroom hand sink. Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use in container at front serving section and back food preparation area. Ensure a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use at all times.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Monitor and record temperatures on a daily basis.
