Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer measured at greater than 200 ppm chlorine (chlorine test strip bleached out from purple to white).
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was diluted and tested at 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at effective concentrations for food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine). Use chlorine test strips which are available on site to verify that sanitizer is at the correct concentration.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Front display cooler at 4 degrees C
- Under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Back area upright cooler at 4 degrees C
- Back area freezers (two) at -17 to -18 degrees C
- Thermometers available for cold holding units
- Hand sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in a dispenser. Note: A new paper towel dispenser is in place above the hand sink.
- Ice machine and scoop maintained in clean condition
- Three compartment sink is available for manual ware washing. Hot and cold running water and three sink plugs are available. Bleach water sanitizer prepared at 100 ppm chlorine in third compartment
- General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
