Routine Temperature Controls: - Display cooler: 1.6C - Open display portion: 0.9C - Dairy cooler: 3C - 1 door U/C freezer: -16C - 2 door U/C cooler: 4C - Prep cooler: 4C - 2 door U/C freezer: -19C - Dairy cooler (storage room): 2C - Reach in freezer: -16C - Reach in freezer: -11C (on defrost cycle at the time). GEN: - Handsink supplied with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels. - Dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 73.9C. **Please ensure dishwasher is given time to fully warm up before using for the first time of the day. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available. - Hydrogen peroxide on site, test strips available. - Ice machine in sanitary condition - Dry goods stored in pest proof bins. - General sanitation in main cafe + storage room are satisfactory. - No signs of pests at time of inspection. **Facility has been having issues with ants in the storage room. Please continue to follow recommendations by pest control and maintain sanitation. Note: facility is now roasting beans on site. Reminder that all packaging procedures must be done in the main cafe area as that is where the handsink is. No repackaging in the storage room. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols.
